Sacha flourishes equally when surrounded by books in libraries, immersed in music at festivals, sitting at the table to share feasts with loved ones, or riding her motorcycle to discover the most beautiful places. After studying at university, living in the United States and Italy, studying again, and then launching her independent business, the new adventure that awaited her was at Austin Bright. For the past year, she has been mastering the profession of recruitment consultant and discovering fulfilment in a great team. Recruitment is a daily challenge, an infinite number of new encounters, and the satisfaction of being useful and helping candidates improve their professional lives. Originally hailing from the south of Belgium, Florence's academic journey led her between the University of Namur and UCL Louvain-la-Neuve, where she delved into law and labor sciences. Upon graduation, she ventured to Canada on a temporary work permit, where she stumbled upon the world of recruitment within a company, reshaping her career trajectory.

Despite her legal background, Florence decided to dive into the dynamic realm of human resources. Since returning to Belgium, she has fervently dedicated herself to her role as a recruitment consultant, specializing in the Fiduciary market at Austin Bright. Every day, she embraces the exhilarating challenge of identifying the talent that will drive success in this sector. This journey has not only brought her professional fulfilment but also a profound understanding of recruitment dynamics, enriched by her interactions with skilled professionals. Florence is eager to continue her growth in this field, where each encounter presents an opportunity for learning and development.

At Austin Bright since September 2023, Manon has fully immersed herself in her career as a recruitment consultant within the Engineering department. For her, this job is a perfect blend of her love for human interaction and her inclination towards the commercial aspect, a combination that aligns perfectly with her studies. 

When she's not uncovering the ideal talents for our clients, Manon is busy pampering her dachshund, exploring the trendy new restaurants in her area, or jetting off around the world to discover new cultures.

Weronika first wanted to become a journalist, particularly in fashion, then in cinema. Combining these two passions, she wanted to get into creating advertising campaigns, which led her into marketing. At Austin Bright, she started out in the financial sector before proving herself in the legal field. Her verbal fluency is her greatest asset: she knows how to sell with persuasion, kindness and honesty. Outside her working hours, her passions for fashion and cinema remain indispensable, with music as her real oxygen. Fun fact: Weronika is stronger and faster than the Shazam application, she excels at the blind test and can precisely locate where a song appears in a movie, series, ad or video game.

There are two things that really make Ugo uncomfortable in life: walking in water with socks on and writing a self-presentation. As a trained psychologist, Ugo has always favoured listening over talking about himself.

Passionate about electronic music and summer terraces, he seizes every opportunity to go out and spend time with his loved ones.

Valerie searched for ages to find her thing and after a tough time during school, she finally landed at Austin Bright. She never thought she'd find something she could rock. Always beaming with a smile and bursting with energy, she's the one we call the Happy Feet around the office.

On weekends, Valerie can be found immersing herself in outdoor adventures with the scouts or enjoying quality time with her girlfriends. And without fail, every Monday, she returns to the office with a new funny or silly story to share. With her remarkable ability to find humor in any situation, she effortlessly lightens the mood and reminds everyone not to take life too seriously. Valerie embodies the philosophy of embracing joy and laughter, making every moment a lot more enjoyable.

Alexandre grew up on motocross tracks, where he discovered his passion for adrenaline at an early age. This passion for motor sports not only defined his hobbies but also whetted his appetite for ever more stimulating challenges. With a master's degree in business, Alexandre has found recruitment to be a field where dynamism and rigor meet, allowing him to put his energy and analytical mind to good use.

Outside the office, Alexandre is an explorer. He enjoys discovering new experiences, whether it's avant-garde art exhibitions or enduros in breathtaking landscapes.
