Aaike Van Driessche is the Lead Legal Account Manager at Austin Bright's legal department, bringing over three years of expertise in the field. Previously, Aaike worked in the luxury, art galleries, and retail sectors as a Brand Ambassador and Sales Representative. 

She holds a master’s degree in Mediation Culture and Art History from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and pursued language studies at the South China University of Technology in Guangzhou, China. 

A fun fact about her is her unique laugh, which her colleagues compare to a delightful little monster, making it a memorable part of the office environment.

As a young boy, Stef harbored aspirations of working in the media or pursuing a career in politics. He eventually explored both paths, but his true passion blossomed in the realm of recruitment.

At Austin Bright, Stef initially served as an IT consultant before transitioning to the Finance sector. Alongside the dynamic nature of his work, he stands out as one of the avid divers within the Brussels team, exemplifying how colleagues can evolve into close friends.

Beyond his professional responsibilities, Stef is the go-to person for recommendations on delectable restaurants and cozy spots for drinks, whether in Brussels or Mechelen. He looks forward to welcoming you soon!

Fun fact: Stef can identify Taylor Swift songs within 5 seconds and recognize Disney movie intros blindfolded. He's also a master at reciting every word of the musical Hamilton.

In Ferihane's view, recruitment is more than just a job; it's an engaging pursuit where finding the right candidate feels like a significant achievement. She navigates through resumes and interviews with expertise, always staying ahead in the search for the perfect match.

Like the Albanian eagle, she gracefully overcomes the challenges of recruitment, spotting top talents with ease. Outside the office, Ferihane enjoys balancing her time with sports, cinema, and exploring new destinations through travel.

After 23 years in France, Sarène has found her heart captured by Belgium and Austin Bright. She has been part of this great team for almost two years now, where she continues to develop her recruitment skills every day. Sarène's favorite part of her daily work is being able to help her candidates find the job of their dreams, where they can thrive in the long run.

She would describe herself as a good-humored, positive person who loves to enjoy all that life has to offer. Fun fact: Sarène's name comes from the longest black ski piste in Europe, reflecting her parents' love for skiing.

Grégoire joined Austin Bright in October 2022 after studying business and gaining initial experience in cyber security. With a focus on international trade, management, and finance, he brings a diverse skill set to his role.

Originally from Brussels, Grégoire founded an amateur football club six years ago and manages it alongside his professional endeavors. He's also an avid fan of the Lord of the Rings series and enjoys games like Warhammer.

Passionate about B2B interactions, Grégoire started at Austin Bright as a recruitment consultant, specializing in finding ideal candidates for clients.

Today, he serves as Finance Account Manager, leveraging his expertise to foster strong client relationships and provide tailored solutions.

Austin Bright's most cheerful ‘krullenbol’ is better known as Marine. Or one of her many nicknames that rhyme with it: Shmarine, Marinepien.... 

With the most experience within the Fiduciary Flanders team, you can turn to her for her expertise for any difficult questions. 

In addition, she is by far the most awarded consultant, just look at the reviews on Google for that. 

Finally, there is no outing or activity that Marine will pass up. Whether it is for a party or to go diving with the team, she is shotgun.  And thankfully so, because a party is not a party if Marine has not been there.

You'll never see as much passion in someone's eyes as you do in Valentine's when she talks about the next dish she's planning to prepare, the ballet/modern dance class she took at or her latest findings in natural health! Very spontaneous and smiley by nature, she's just the person you need when your day has gone badly. You can count on her to add a little humour to your day at the office and take 5 minutes over a coffee to debrief your day (or show photos of her cat – yes, he's a bit plump). With Valentine, every moment becomes an opportunity to smile and recharge your batteries!

Emira currently holds the position of Account Manager, leading the financial department at Austin Bright, a role she has evolved into from her previous position as a consultant. Professionally, she has strong expertise in leadership, team management, client relations, and knowledge of various European, Middle Eastern, and United States markets. This expertise stems from her past experience in the IT field with major players, as well as her work at Austin Bright in the financial and legal sectors in Luxembourg.

These experiences have enabled Emira to understand the diverse needs of clients and provide solutions aligned with market knowledge and the evolution of different sectors and businesses. It is somewhat like traveling, deepening one's understanding of different cultures, mindsets, evolutions, and the rich diversities that set us apart.
