When Nicolas isn't savoring a fine glass of wine or enjoying a cold beer with friends, you'll often find him grilling up a feast or delving into the captivating tales of French history from the 15th to 18th centuries. Having joined Austin Bright in 2015 during the company's early months, he took a bold step forward by spearheading the opening of the Luxembourg office. Whether he's appreciating the elegance of a vintage Bordeaux, relishing the sizzle of a perfectly cooked steak, or immersing himself in the intricate stories of kings and revolutionaries, Nicolas possesses a fervent passion for life's finer pleasures. Here's to history, cherished companionship, and the delightful moments that enrich our lives!

Cédric Ngirempama has been a dedicated member of the Austin Bright team for over five years.

Describing himself as dynamic and positive, Cédric is often found fully immersed in his work.

Aside from his professional endeavors, Cédric is passionate about supporting Royal Club Standard de Liège, which he considers the best team in the world. Additionally, he actively participates in a local football team based in the pristine Kravaalbos forest in Belgium. The team primarily comprises individuals from Cédric's primary school days.

While pursuing his studies in Criminology at Ghent, Cédric sought opportunities in Brussels due to the city's vibrant atmosphere. Although he hadn't initially charted a specific career trajectory, upon encountering Austin Bright's job opening, he found it intriguing and decided to pursue it further.

A globetrotter at heart, Céline has always had a strong passion for travel. This led her to study international business, which allowed her to live in Asia for 8 months. Followed by a master's degree in international business management in Barcelona. 
After more than two years in sunny Barcelona, she made the decision to leave her sales job and return to Belgium, where she encountered Austin Bright.
Since 2019, she has been an integral part of the team, currently serving as Team Leader. In her role, Céline provides daily support to her team, helping them excel in their endeavours. What she enjoys most about her work is the team spirit and the positive atmosphere they collectively share.

Quentin has been with Austin Bright for almost five years and is currently Team Leader. He supports a team of ten recruitment consultants with passion and expertise. With a master's degree in work and organisational psychology, he uses his skills to optimise recruitment processes and create a harmonious working environment.

Outside work, Quentin is a dedicated (recent) sportsman. He has just completed his first half-marathon, and also plays tennis and skis, seeing these activities as a way of setting and achieving goals, just like his work.

A die-hard cinephile, Quentin likes to watch his favourite films over and over again until he knows the dialogue by heart, demonstrating his attention to detail and dedication. He can't help singing, especially French variety, bringing a touch of joy and enthusiasm to his everyday life. A lover of good things, he enjoys gastronomy, oenology and zythology, savouring every opportunity to discover new culinary delights.

After completing her bachelor’s in office management in 2019, Beyza began her career in Outsourcing, but soon realized it wasn't her calling. Amidst the chaos of the Corona crisis, she found her place at Austin Bright, transitioning from Recruitment Consultant to Internal HR where she's thrived for two years.

Despite the dim lighting at Tour & Taxis, she radiates warmth and positivity, earning her the title of our office's sunshine. Whether it's solving problems or adding a spark to the atmosphere, Beyza is everyone's go-to person. With her infectious smile and vibrant wardrobe, she brightens our days effortlessly. And did we mention her cat, Dobby? When not immersed in Harry Potter, Beyza enjoys exploring new cultures, cities, and sharing laughter with friends over drinks.

Chloé began her career journey with Austin Bright in August 2021, marking her first professional role following the completion of her bachelor's degree in public relations and a master's in corporate communications and marketing. Originally intending to spend a year in Australia, she juggled multiple jobs, sometimes working up to 60 hours a week to finance her trip, only to have her plans disrupted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Undeterred, Chloé chose to enter the workforce directly by joining Austin Bright. With a familial background in recruitment through her father, she felt drawn to the field and decided to give it a try. Two years later, she continues to excel as a Lead Recruiter, having facilitated over 50 individuals in securing new job opportunities. Through her work, she has discovered new dimensions of her personality, including resilience and empathy.
